Return Policy
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Many shipments are too large, too heavy, or too fragile to be shipped via package service and so they must be shipped by an LTL freight carrier. Everything.Plumbing is not liable for damages that occur during shipment. Upon delivery, the driver will provide a delivery receipt to be signed by the customer, as acknowledgment that the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. Any problems, such as damages or shortages, MUST be noted on this receipt. No claims can be made without this information and Everything.Plumbing will not be held responsible for any discrepancies not specified with the carrier.
Carriers will contact customers before delivery and if they are not able to reach the consignee with information provided (i.e. phone numbers, etc) within a 3-5 business days, storage fees begin to accrue at $8 per day. If no contact is made after a determined amount of time, the product will be re-routed back to Everything.Plumbing and any storage fees, return freight costs, and restock fees will apply and be withheld on any refunds to be made for the returned product.
RETURN POLICY
Unless otherwise noted, all merchandise on Everything.Plumbing is new and unused. Please note we do open some manufacturer’s boxs, these items are still considered new. Why we open or repackage some boxes:
- a. To check for damages
- b. To repackage the items to ensure safe transit to you.
SOME ITEMS MAY BE RETURNABLE IF THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
Items that are in uninstalled, resalable condition complete with original packaging.
Items that were not shipped correctly by our error.
All Defects reported within 30 days of receipt.
Items that were ordered in error by customer (
Items that are being returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items that have been damaged in shipping, and have been noted/ recorded on the bill of lading if shipped LTL, or within 48 hours if by common carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex)
Defective items will be repaired or replaced at according to each manufacturer’s preference.( ie; a whirlpool with a slight defect might be repaired on site, at the manufacturer's expense or a shower door with a bent rod at the top, might have just this piece replaced) These are just examples of defects that might occur and how a replacement or defect might be handled.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all UNUSED/ NEW stock returns. Product must arrive to Everything.Plumbing in NEW, unused resaleable condition. No defects or damages to product or packaging should be present to obtain credit (less shipping and restocking fees). All returns must be repackaged (ie double boxed. Return shipping costs are not covered by Everything.Plumbing and Everything.Plumbing is not responsible for any damages accrued during return shipping. We recommend you take insurance out on your return. Special order items are NOT returnable and shipping charges are non refundable there are NO EXCEPTIONS. Return authorizations are valid for 30 days only. Do not ship us a return if this period has expired. You will not receive a credit.
All Unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee at the sole discretion of Everything.Plumbing. Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of order; however, new shipping charges will apply on product "trades" (i.e. items ordered at the customer's error with a request later for a return and a replacement with a new product).
**All returns must be authorized by a Everything.Plumbing representative. Please contact us via email only us at everythingplumbing@greenartplumbing.com to set up a return. You will receive completed RGA form that you MUST include in your return to receive credit.**
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Items sent at Everything.Plumbing’s Error will be returned at Everything.Plumbing’s expense. Items lost or damaged in shipping will be resent at Everything.Plumbing’s expense. Credit for mis-shipped, damaged, or defective items will not be given until the item has been returned and inspected.
When notified within 30 days of receipt, defective items will be replaced or refunded at Everything.Plumbing discretion, at no additional charge to you. Defects and Damages are not the same.
Damages received via common carrier must be reported within 48 hours of package receipt. After this time frame, Everything.Plumbing will not be held responsible for damages not reported to Everything.Plumbing or the shipping company. Please email us a photo of the item damage and the box it was sent in, showing the packing material and damage to box.
Return authorizations for defective/damaged product seeking replacement will not require payment. However, if the defective/damaged product is not returned within fifteen 15 days from the issuance of the return authorization, payment will be taken for the replacement product, from your original form of payment. You are agreeing to this charge by accepting our terms.
Any defective product not returned back to Everything.Plumbing within 15 days from return authorization issuance will not receive any credit.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
All items shipped via package service (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) that have been damaged in transit must be refused at delivery or a claim filed within 48 hours of receipt from delivery, Please open and inspect all packages upon delivery to identify any damages immediately. No claims can be made without this information and Everything.Plumbing will not be held responsible for any discrepancies not specified with Everything.Plumbing or the shipping company. Everything.Plumbing will not be held responsible for any claims made after 48 hours of customer receipt.
If your item was shipped via Freight, it is very important that you check your package and your item for damage BEFORE the driver leaves. The damage MUST be noted upon signing for the item. If damage is not noted, YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. If damage is not noted upon delivery, we may not be able to receive a damage claim from the freight company to receive money for that damaged product. The customer in turn will not receive a refund or a replacement item.
PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection. Returned products will be verified to be in new/salable condition before refund will be given. The refund will be applied to the same credit card payment was take from. All credit card refunds take about 10 business days to process.
Everything.Plumbing generally does not charge you card until your order has entered our system and shipping process. Some orders require special ordering in which the payment must be taken before the product is ordered (i.e. orders shipping directly from the factory or manufacturer directly to the customer). We reserve the right to charge the credit card and investigate any order that seems fraudulent in any way.
QUOTES
To obtain a price quote please contact our customer service. You will receive a verbal quote over the phone. A verbal quote must be paid for immediately or verified via email to be valid. If you receive a formal Everything.Plumbing quote with a quote number, it is good for 15 days. The quote number must be provided to receive quoted price. Coupon codes are generally not valid on quoted prices. We reserve the right to refuse or modify the sale accordingly. You will be notified of a change, before we charge your credit card. You have the right to cancel this order before we process it, if changes were made.
LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the product upon delivery to make sure it meets installations requirements. DO NOT alter or install the product until you are sure that you have the correct product free of damage. Do not discard the original packaging either. Once the product has been installed, it is no longer returnable and is only covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty.
At Everything.Plumbing we offer quality products and work hard to provide fast and accurate service. If you receive your order incorrect, damaged, or defective we will work to promptly correct the situation. We will refund, replace or repair any items in this situation, pending availability and manufacturer’s defect / return policy. In the event of reshipping an item, your item will be shipped using the same shipping method originally used. If expedited shipping is desired, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the difference in cost. We cannot expedite a shipment if damage has occurred in transit or defect discovered.
Everything.Plumbing is not responsible or liable for the cost of installation or any costs associated with installation. It is recommended that customers DO NOT schedule a plumber or installer until they have the product in their possession and confirmed it is not damaged or defective in any way. Everything.Plumbing is not responsible for any liability cost beyond the replacement costs of parts covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Everything.Plumbing carefully selects images that correctly represent the product listed. Therefore, the colors and finishes depicted on your monitor depend on your monitor. Everything.Plumbing cannot guarantee the correct depiction of color or finish on your monitor as every monitors color vary slightly depending upon each users settings (color temperature).
At Everything.Plumbing we work hard to fulfill and ship your order out as fast as possible. We do reserve the right to back order or cancel orders at anytime for any reason. In the event this happens, you will be notified via email of the expected lead time or cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS
Everything.Plumbing strives to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled at anytime before shipment. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department at There are no cancellation fees as long as the product has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. The customer will need to receive the item and follow the return policy.
PRICE CORRECTIONS
Although we do update our site regularly, there can be occasions where items are underpriced. If this is the case we will notify you of the change or cancellation of your order and you must confirm the new charges before your order is processed. If a mistake happens, we are not liable, or in any binding contract to fulfull this price mistaken displayed. We work very hard to make sure that our listed prices are accurate.

At Everything.Plumbing we make every attempt to make sure that our prices and product information is correct. However, we are not liable for any typographical errors or pricing listed in error on our website.
